Royal Peony Jian - Huanuo Sword Art
The jian’s straight blade double edged blade was part of the soldier's kit until the Jin Dynasty when the Dao came more populair. The Jian has a long history in China and this Jian has its origins in the Qin Dynasty.
This Jian is well balanced and suitable for light cutting.
The blade is made of forged and folded HCS 1095 and has an excellent hardness.
